Technology leader (LinkedIn) with 25+ years in IT and digital delivery across the private and public sector (policing, local and central government). I've led everything from enterprise infrastructure to digital transformation programmes. Outside of the day job, I run a small consultancy building products for the VCSE sector and small businesses, and I'm deep into exploring what's genuinely possible with AI.

Currently: Building CICWorks, a compliance and impact platform for UK Community Interest Companies. It's an excuse to go deep on AI-assisted development and see how far you can take it.
